Testing standards
- The test is carried out according to GB/T 2577-2005 Test method for resin content of glass fiber reinforced plastics.

- The resin content was determined by the loss on ignition (LOI) method.
Testing process

Sample Receiving and Registration
- Sample requirements : The customer provides the samples to be tested. The samples should be representative and of moderate size.
- Information registration : Record sample information in detail, including sample name, quantity, provider, etc.

Sample pretreatment
- Cutting and weighing : Cut the sample into appropriate sizes, weigh it accurately, and record the initial weight (W1).
- Constant temperature drying : Place the sample in a drying oven at 105°C and dry it to constant weight, and record the weight after drying (W2).

Test preparation
- High temperature furnace preheating : Preheat the high temperature furnace to the specified temperature (usually 600°C).
- Sample loading : Place the dried sample into the crucible and accurately weigh the total weight (W3).

Detection execution
- Burn-out process : Heat the sample to 600°C in a high temperature furnace and keep it for a period of time (usually 30 minutes) to allow the resin to burn completely.
- Cooling and weighing : After the sample has cooled to room temperature, accurately weigh the remaining sample (W4).
