Raysa Technology Laboratory provides comprehensive dimensional inspection services to ensure that materials and products meet design specifications and standards during manufacturing and use. Our dimensional inspection services are applicable to the following areas:

Testing process

1. Sample Receiving and Registration

   • Sample requirements : Customers provide samples to be tested and fill in a detailed sample information form.
   • Information registration : Record sample information in detail, including sample name, quantity, provider, etc.

2. Sample pretreatment

   • Cleaning : Ensure that the sample surface is clean and has no obvious defects or contamination.
   • Environmental conditioning : Place the samples under standard environmental conditions (temperature 23±2℃, relative humidity 50±10%) for at least 24 hours.

3. Test preparation

   • Equipment calibration : Calibrate the testing equipment to ensure that the equipment is in the best working condition.
   • Selection of measurement method : Select appropriate measurement methods and equipment according to the characteristics of the sample, such as calipers, micrometers, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), etc.

4. Detection execution

   • Measurement implementation : According to standard operating procedures, the samples are precisely measured and the data of each measurement point is recorded.
   • Repeat measurements : Take multiple measurements at different positions and angles to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

5. data analysis

   • Result calculation : Analyze and process the measurement data, and calculate the dimensional deviation and tolerance range.
   • Data correction : Make necessary corrections and adjustments to the data according to the testing standards.

6. Report Preparation

   • Report content : including sample information, detection methods, measurement results and data analysis.
   • Quality review : Data review and report preparation are performed by professional technicians.

7. Results Feedback

   • Report delivery : The test report will be delivered to the customer in electronic or paper form.
   • Technical consultation : Provide result interpretation and technical consulting services to answer customers' questions.
